Africa Nazarene Publications (ANP) exists to coordinate and facilitate the procurement, development, translation, printing, and distribution of literature resources for the benefit of all age groups. Resources are available in various categories which include evangelism, discipleship making, church membership and promotion, devotion, education and Christian living. Holiness literature is integral to the foundation of church growth.

In order to effectively serve our diverse communities, ANP operates from ten geographical locations across Africa.

Below, a photo essay shows how literature plays a critical role in evangelism strategies and compassionate ministry efforts in the South East District of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

A single book about our Church's core values will save  time and energy in explaining our denomination's beliefs, and give room to answer some questions that may be asked. We teach the people using the books produced by our Africa Region Literature office.

We gather our church leaders and plan together how to use efficiently literature material.

We pray for and with them as they prepare to minister with the literature materials.

We allow the beloved brothers and sisters who were trained to teach others.

We send them with assurance that they are prayed for and by faith they will train others.

The trainers multiply themselves.

As a result we have been able to make our church to be known in the cities even if we do not have an office yet. The literature has efficiently become our office as people are coming to worship with us because they have our books.

Doors and offices have been opened to us because of our literature and they talk positively about us. As we do not have the National official paper for the Church of the Nazarene in D.R.Congo, our literature is supporting us as the officials know who we are via our books, booklets and tracts.

For parents who did not have the chance to go to school, literature department at the field level has printed some materials for literacy program. What a joy to see a grandmother writing her name, reading some verses from the Swahili Bible and calculating her income by herself.

The publishing house has printed material that we are using in Nazarene Compassionate Minisries to teach our people on how to fight HIV/AIDS.

The literature ministry is supporting many other Nazarene ministries that are changing lives in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
